Held in person at Fairytale Wellness, this class weaves supportive movement, simple breathing practices, and guided meditation to support the nervous system and inner listening. The emphasis is on comfort, presence, and learning how to truly enjoy practicing. All props are provided and can be adapted for a chair.

Turning of the Season: A Fall Equinox Sound Bath
A 90-minute sound bath to honour the balance of the Equinox.
Held in a serene forest glade, this gathering invites you to pause, breathe, and realign with the harmony of light + dark, stillness + transition.
Soothing sounds—singing bowls, harmonium, voice, and breath—support deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll close with warm tea shared in the gentle presence of horses at sunset—a grounding return from the journey and a beautiful way to step into the new season.
🙌 All props are provided, including mats and cozy blankets. Please dress for the weather and bring anything extra that makes you feel comfortable.
🍵 Herbal tea will be served to close our gathering.
