weekly yoga & meditation classes
Weekly classes offer a consistent space to reconnect with breath, body, and inner awareness through yoga, meditation, and restorative practices. Sessions are available both in person and online and are designed to meet students where they are.
Ground & Gather — Online and In-Person at Reid Ranch
Two options each week for a gentle practice designed to support nervous-system regulation and deep rest. In restorative yoga we use supported shapes, breath awareness, and meditation, the body is invited to soften and release tension. This class is accessible to all levels and can be adapted for a mat or chair.
Ashtanga Primary Series
Beginning April, Sunday mornings will explore the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series, a structured sequence linking breath and movement. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and focused awareness while introducing foundational elements such as drishti, breath rhythm, and bandha. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Online Yoga & Meditation
Live online sessions that combine movement, breathwork, and meditation to support daily practice from home. These classes offer an accessible way to stay connected to your practice regardless of location.

Sound Baths & Sacred Sound
Private Sound Bath Experiences
Private sessions for small groups, retreats, or personal gatherings.
Each experience is customized to the setting and intention of the group.

Rooted in Bhakti and Nāda Yoga, these sessions use vibration and resonance to guide the body into deep relaxation. Instruments such as harmonium, voice and singing bowls create an immersive soundscape that supports emotional release and nervous-system balance.
Group Sound Baths
Seasonal gatherings held in natural spaces such as Reid Ranch.
Participants lie down and rest while waves of sound and silence guide the body into deep relaxation and reflection.
Courses & Programs
Conscious Communication Course
A guided course exploring the relationship between inner awareness and how we communicate with others.
Through meditation, pranayama, and reflective practices, participants cultivate deeper listening, emotional clarity, and conscious response.
