Held in a serene forest glade, this gathering invites you to pause, breathe, and realign with the harmony of light + dark, stillness + transition.
Soothing sounds—singing bowls, harmonium, voice, and breath—support deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
We’ll close with warm tea shared in the gentle presence of horses at sunset—a grounding return from the journey and a beautiful way to step into the new season.
🙌 All props are provided, including mats and cozy blankets. Please dress for the weather and bring anything extra that makes you feel comfortable.
