A 6-Week Practice for Listening, Presence, and Repair

Communication shapes every relationship in our lives.

Yet many of us were never taught how to pause before reacting, how to listen with presence, or how to repair when conflict arises.

This six-week course explores communication as an inner practice.

Drawing from yoga philosophy, meditation, and breath-based awareness, we will explore how our breath, emotions, and inner patterns influence the way we relate to others.

Through guided practices, reflection, and shared learning, participants will develop tools for more grounded, compassionate communication in everyday life.
