I am Kyla and my journey into the world of yoga and mindfulness began in 2016, triggered by my own experiences as a new mother struggling with self-doubt. It was during this time that I discovered the profound impact of mindfulness through the Mindful Parenting program created and led by Hunter Clark Fields. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a transformative path that brought the most wonderful teachers into my life and eventually led to the birth of Subtle Body Freedom.

My guiding principle is to empower individuals to rediscover their true selves—beyond the physical exterior. I believe that each of us possesses the ability to connect with our breath, body, and mind in ways that unveil hidden strengths and wisdom. My mission is to be your companion on this journey of self-exploration and realization.

My offerings encompass movement classes and meditation sessions, thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate into your daily life. The beauty of online accessibility means that, regardless of your location, you can join me from the sanctuary of your home, your workplace, or anywhere in the world. My commitment is to make these transformative practices universally available, transcending barriers of distance and financial constraints. Through harnessing the power of your breath, the intelligence of your body, and the clarity of your mind, you'll embark on a voyage of holistic self-discovery.

What you need to know

  • I offer live zoom yoga and meditation classes. These can be purchased as a drop in.

    Monthly memberships will be coming soon!

  • A space for your mat and an open mind! I started practicing at home with my teacher and it was an adjustment. No more ideal space and making the time to go somewhere to practice. It has taught me a new level of showing up for myself. It’s okay if you have to run off to help your family, or if they interrupt you. The distractions become part of the practice and chances are no distractions arise other than your own limitations ! Props such as blocks, bolsters or blankets can be helpful to support your practice but are not necessary and the class description will indicate what props may be needed for the class.

  • Tutorials and pre recording lessons coming soon.

  • You certainly can if you have a space to host the session! Whether it is a private, small or large group booking I would love the opportunity to give a movement class or ceremony. Whatever you are looking for we can discuss the details.
